Mr. Statlander is the Director of Leasing/Marketing. His expertise includes both residential and commercial. Leases are very complex(especially commercial leases) as they contain a lot of technical details that a typical real estate broker or agent might overlook, due to a lack of extensive business experience; which is gained only through completing hundreds of transactions. Mr. Statlander has personally been involved in the negotiation and finalizing of more than 800,000 sq. feet of leasing in the south Florida region.

As Owner, Broker and CEO of Stateland Brown LLC and it's sister group of companies known as the Eretzor Group, Mr. Statlander knows what it takes to get you into the right property. He knows how the market trend works. He has mastered the searching and time it takes, to find you the right property. He will listen to your every need and walk you through the process smoothly.
