James J. Caprio is the Senior Director of Operations and Director of Acquistions for Omicrom Development, LLC. Mr. Caprio has spent the last thirty years as a business professional in various capacities including assisting high net worth individuals with the acquisition of many different asset classes, as well as, negotiated finance structuring/Initial Public Offerings for small to mid-cap entities. Asset classes have included real property, Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMIC), asset-backed securitization, corporate and municipal debt.
Mr. Caprio began his eclectic business career as a Financial Consultant in Boca Raton, Florida catering to affluent, sophisticated clients looking for alternative asset classes that offer limited credit quality risk while proividing above market return opportunities. Mr. Caprio's professional licensing and registrations during his tenure included:
• NASD Registered Investment Advisor
• Registered General Securities Principal
• Registered Fixed Income Principal
• Registered Options Principal
Mr. Caprio's vast professional experience includes a six year term as Vice President and CFO for Sims Communications, Inc., later becoming Medcom USA, INC.(NASDQ: EMED), a medical billing company which operates the medcart system which functions through a point-of-sale terminal or personal computer. Medcom offers healthcare provide3rs and healthcare groupos a solution to expedite it's healthcare and finacial transactions electronically.
Mr. Caprio began investing in real estate in the 1980's with acquisition of residential properties for rehabilitation and resale. Quickly, Mr. Caprio recognized the opportunity presented in commercial real estate acquisition, value enhancement, management and resale.
Mr. Caprio's formal education include:
• BA, Finance Major, Minor School of Accounting.
• Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida
More importantly, Mr. Caprio's business and life experiences have afforded a substantial network of affluent and connected realtionships that have proved to be an invaluable resource and contributor to the success of his business endeavors.
Today, Mr. Caprio's leadrship has directly contributed to the overwheliming growth and success Omicrom Development, LLC has enjoyed since inception in 2017.
Mr. Caprio's day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the financial affairs of Omicrom Development, LLC, reviewing and approving acquisitions, continued nurturing of relationships with trusted partners and affiliations, and most importantly, maintaining sustainable growth while mitigating risk through active corporate governance, expense oversight and prudent management delegation.
Under Mr. Caprio's management, Omicrom Development, LLC has contracted and closed more than $9,000,000.00 in commercial real estate transactions in 2107.
